Do you believe that there are political consultants who are paid to post on Yahoo Answers?

Posted on December 27th, 2011 by admin in political consultants

If Yes, what are they posting and what logic can you provide which supports that belief?

A) Favorable information about their candidate
B) Negative attacks against the opposition
C) Both
I am not proposing any conspiracy. A conspiracy would indicate that soemthing immoral or illegal was occurring. Which even if true would not be the case. I should note that I do believe that the majority on YA! are exactly who they present themselves to be. It was just intended as a question of curiousity.

yes, it would howver be concealed in a format so as not to look to ‘clean’ written.

No. There are lots of crybabies who flame and then report you for calling them on it though.

I think its more likely they’d be at some of the high-profile politics specific web sites — Free Republic, Democratic Undergroud, Daily Kos, Little Green Footballs and the like.

That sounds like just another conspiracy theory. We’d see a whole lot more effort in the form of topics that would hit harder on politics and would draw much more attention if it were true.

Its been a few weeks now, but I outed a paid political shill who was obvious by the extensive original details imbedded in their "question". It was the work of an opposition researcher.

Possible, but most of the time it is only people who have deep seating beliefs and when they post criticism about the other candidate, they are accused of racism…because that is all the other side knows how to reply to criticism.

let me just put it this way.. i know celebrities who use this site who stay low profile. Yes i encountereed a friend on here who is a celebrity. Not HUGE but well known or credible enough. As far as political consultants and the like i think some may be here. Rest are people who are for their candidates

Who slander candidates all the time not realizing they would be a dynamic duo.

Other than seeing Obama and Clinton’s questions on YA I haven’t seen anything that would indicate that any surrogates are doing so or have any proof of any payments to them for doing so.
